Welcome to Tiptree Kennels – A hotel so exclusive we don’t accept people!

Here at Tiptree we provide the best care and attention for your dog,
from a high quality diet and playtime to good old fashion cuddles.

Nestled on 7 securely fenced acres your dog will experience the best that country life has to offer, including plenty of space to have a supervised run around.

Our main boarding kennel house is double brick with individual inside sleeping quarters that lead out to their own undercover dog exercise area. In summer dual doors are opened to provide fresh air ventilation to flow through the boarding kennel house. This, along with the lower Adelaide Hills temperatures, keeps our guests comfortably cool.

We recommend you bring along your dog’s clean and well maintained bed/bedding (excluding bean bags which are not permitted) to go on top of our trampoline beds so they have the comfort smells from home, ensuring they snuggle down for a cosy night’s sleep. During winter, why not bring along their PJs? We are happy to pop them on as we tuck them in with their night time treat.

Mornings – Mon to Sat 8.30-10.00am
Afternoons – Sunday 4.00-5.00pm, Mon & Tues 4.30 – 5.30pm, Thursday 5.30 – 6.30pm

Closed for Christmas Eve day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning.
Open – Easter Monday 4-5pm only. Boxing Day 5-5.30pm only.
