Dear Julie,
It is now over a month since we arrived home and I have been very remiss in contacting you to say “Thank you so much” for looking after our dogs. Jess and Sammy were in such great condition when we picked them up, and of course happy to see us, but looking really well after their long holiday with you at Tiptree. Sammy was bright and alert, showing no signs of stress, so thank you. Jess was her usual bubbly self, and a little bit thinner, which is good! They settled back into homelife without the days of tiredness that can sometimes follow kennel stays.
It was lovely to be travelling so far from home and receiving your video/text updates on the “puppies”. I know all of that takes times out of your day but we must congratulate you on such a lovely gesture, it was really appreciated. So thanks to you, Heidi and the gang at Tiptree for taking such good care of our lovely dogs.
