Located in the Adelaide Hills (only 25 minutes from the CBD), on 7 acres of securely fenced landscaped gardens with sweeping lawns, shady grass exercise yards and a dam for swimming. It really is the ultimate holiday for four legged guests.
Our architecturally designed double brick kennel house ensures excellent ventilation and temperature control, with ceiling fans, blinds, awnings and some with heating. Extensive measures have been taken to ensure the comfort of our guests during their stay.
All the safety extras you would expect of accommodation of this calibre are also here. Such as snake retardants, bushfire sprinklers, on call vet, hydrobath and dryer, veterinary grade infection control, bore and rainwater. Julie the owner also resides on the property.
At Tiptree, we follow best practice hygiene and safety measures to maintain the health and safety of our staff and guests.
Our Facilities and Accommodation
Your beloved family member will enjoy fully insulated accommodation with a variety of accommodation packages available to suit their individual needs. With a choice of accommodation in our Deluxe cabins to packages in our main architecturally designed double brick kennel house.
Our Deluxe accommodation are fully insulated individual luxury cabins with windows, ceiling fans with their own veranda and grassed exercise yard.
Our main kennel house is double brick with private individual inside sleeping quarters which has an adjoining room looking out over a grassed exercise area. In summer, dual doors are opened to provide fresh air ventilation to flow through the boarding kennel house. This, along with the lower Adelaide Hills temperatures, keeps our guests comfortably cool.
We remind you to bring along your dog’s clean and well-maintained bed/bedding (excluding bean bags which are not permitted) to go on top of our trampoline beds so they have the comfort smells from home, ensuring they snuggle down for a cosy night’s sleep. During winter, why not bring along their PJs? We are happy to pop them on as we tuck them in with their night time treat.
